Expiry Manager
Simple pricing. Calm decisions.

One missed expiry can cost more than a year of staying ahead.

Start free. Upgrade only when your system grows beyond the basics.

No credit card to start

The expensive part is not the subscription.

It is the passport renewed too late. The insurance that lapses. The warranty claim made after the window closes. Expiry Manager is designed to give you time before those moments become urgent.

One missed renewal

can cost more than months of Premium

One forgotten trial

can erase the price difference

One avoided scramble

can be worth the system itself

Choose what fits today

Start with enough. Upgrade when needed.

The free plan is intentionally useful. Premium removes limits. Teams adds shared responsibility.

Which one is for me?

Use the plan that matches the responsibility you carry.

Choose Free if

You are tracking your own core documents and want the reminder system working before paying anything.

Choose Premium if

You already know you will track more than a dozen things, rely on Smart Scan, or want custom reminder timing and history.

Choose Teams if

Another person needs responsibility, visibility or assignment. This is the point where shared context matters more than individual limits.

A purchase should feel safe

No trick pricing. No fake urgency.

The page is designed to make the choice clearer, not harder. Start free, upgrade because you need the capability, and manage billing through Stripe.

Free is genuinely useful

Reminders remain part of the core product.

Limits are visible

You know the exact moment the plan changes.

Billing is managed

Checkout and portal are handled through Stripe.

Security does not change

Privacy is not sold back as an upgrade.

Questions people ask before paying.

Can I use Expiry Manager for free?

Yes. The implemented Free tier supports 12 items, 5 scans per month, 10 folders, 5 subscriptions, calendar and the core reminder experience.

Why is Premium only $4/month?

Premium is for people who already rely on the system enough that limits become friction. It removes item/folder/subscription limits and adds advanced search, export, history and richer subscription analytics.

When should I choose Teams?

Choose Teams when another person needs access or responsibility. Teams supports up to 5 members plus invites, assignments, shared folders, activity history and the household subscription view.

Do reminders disappear on Free?

No. The Free plan is intentionally shaped so users can experience the reminder value before upgrading.

Is there a cheaper annual plan?

The currently implemented entitlement catalogue in the product source defines the three live plans in USD as Free $0, Premium $4/month and Teams $6/month. Annual marketing packaging exists in planning documents but is not yet the implemented source of truth.

Can I change plans later?

Billing checkout and the customer portal are implemented through Stripe, so plan management belongs in the billing flow rather than being hidden behind support.

The safest first choice is free

Protect the first 12 things before deciding anything else.

If Expiry Manager earns a place in your routine, the upgrade decision becomes obvious.
